Refund & Cancellation Policy
At ClickMint, we value transparency and fairness in every transaction. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services and digital products.
For Advertising or Promotional Packages
If you've made a payment but your campaign has not yet gone live (i.e., pending approval or activation), you may request a full or partial refund.
Once the campaign has started or ads are live, refunds will not be possible.
A small processing fee may apply in some cases.
For Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, Scripts, etc.)
Digital items are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
However, if the file is corrupted, missing, or not working as described, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Send an email to support@clickmint.space with your Order/Transaction ID, name, and reason for the refund.
Our team will review your request within 48-72 hours and may ask for additional details.
After verification, we'll either approve the refund or suggest an alternative solution (such as account credit or campaign re-run).
Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method used for purchase and may take 3-7 business days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
You may cancel your campaign or order anytime before it goes live.
In this case, refunds will be processed according to this policy.
Once a campaign is active, cancellation will not result in a refund for the remaining duration or impressions.
Partial (pro-rated) refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you notice any unauthorized or accidental payment, please report it immediately to support@clickmint.space.
We'll investigate and take necessary action, including refunding the amount if eligible.
ClickMint reserves the right to make final decisions on all refund and cancellation cases.
This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
